Mission Statement: Teach and train real estate professionals with the latest technologies that help advance them to new heights.
Vision Statement: To use the latest technology and social media marketing to easily implement ways for real estate agents and companies so that they can streamline their bottom line and acquire more sales and close more clients all while growing their image and reputation in their field.
Project Description: The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a training program for realtors to use to gain more leads and help them to close more sales from the leads. Upon completing this program, clients will have a solid foundation on how to use social media marketing and landing pages to market themselves and build relationships with future customers.
Project Scope Statement: Keller Williams Real Estate has requested Windfall Consultants to develop a training program for their real estate agents to maximize their profits in a training consisting of Hands-on Technology classes. Each participant will bring their own computer to the training where the instructor will guide everyone step by step through demonstration of creating their own landing page and advertising it on social media. The training takes place in two 4-hour sessions with one session on Thursday, November 29th and Friday, November 30th.
Training Learning Objectives:
- Real Estate agents will be able to create an engaging landing page with use of graphics and contact forms to retrieve lead information.
- Real Estate agent will be able to create a social media business page used to advertise their lead funnel.
- Real Estate agents will be able to create and publish ad posts.
- Real Estate agents will be able to navigate social media advertising platforms.
- Real Estate Agents will be able to close deals with interested prospects,
- Real Estate Agents will be able to test and track the success of their ads and adjust accordingly.
Communication Plan
A communication plan is necessary to know who each stakeholder is and what that person’s communication responsibility is. It gives specific deadlines of how and when each person should correspond to the next project team member.

Escalation procedures for resolving issues: The project manager will be the main contact between all stakeholders and will be responsible for making sure all communication occurs efficiently. If an issue arises, the project manager should be the first point of contact and will make the necessary call to action and make contact with relevant stakeholders within a 24-hour period.
Revision Procedures in the Document: All stakeholders will receive a physical copy of this document after the meeting in the second week with all present. A digital copy will be available on a shared folder in Google Drive as well as all updated documents relating to this project. This digital folder will only be shared with the Project manager, Project Sponsor, Instructional Team leader, and pertinent instructional team members. The project manager will send email updates as necessary should this document need to be revised.
Risk Management Plan
Methodology:
The Windfall Consultants Instructional Team will be responsible for mitigating any risks associated with technology on their part as well as confirming with the vendor to ensure all pieces of technology will be working or have a backup ready to go. The Project Sponsor will be responsible for ensuring that all essential real estate agents are present with their own laptops at the training and that all are notified with ample time to make schedule adjustments.
Budget and Schedule: A contingency budget of $5,000 will be provided as risk-related tasks are presented or needing. The schedule has enough time built in to modify if necessary.

The Project Manager will coordinate with the Project Sponsor and the Instructional Development Team Leader to create a training program for a two-day learning session to assist in developing a risk management plan. A risk-related checklist will be used to check for external risks associated with the project to allow for recovery or project adjustment.
Roles and Responsibilities: The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the whole project and communicating with various stakeholders delegating management plans if necessary.
